Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders of $75 or more being shipped to an address within the contiguous 48 US states.
Shipping
We know you want to get your purchase as soon as possible. That’s why we ship most packages within 1 to 2 business days via UPS or US Priority Mail. If your new product is being sent outside of the contiguous United States or to a P.O. box, military APO, or FPO address, it will be shipped via US Priority Mail. To help you keep track of your shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you through email. If for some reason you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mail or sign in to your lineatime.com account to view tracking information.
Problems
We hope you love your Linea Time product(s) as much as we do, but if you don't, we want to help.

Returns
We’ll be more than happy to exchange or return your product(s) purchased on lineatime.com.
We will issue a full refund for unopened, unused products for up to 30 calendar days after purchase. Product(s) that have been opened may be exchanged for up to 30 calendar days after purchase. Either must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Sorry, but shipping costs are not included or refunded, nor do we provide pre-paid return labels.
We are not responsible for returns missing in transit. Please use a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail, and keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt, and we only accept returns for products purchased from lineatime.com.
If you wish to return or exchange a Linea Time product purchased from one of our authorized retail partners, it must be returned to the point of purchase and may not be accepted at lineatime.com. Each retailer has its own return policy, so please be sure to check it prior to purchase and/or return.
